| Using Your Address Book |
Your address book can make the checkout process much more efficient, saving you time and decreasing the chance you might forget an important detail like for example house number. Simply record your recipients' contact information into your address book from your Account Services menu, and then click "Add address". |

| Changing Your Password |
Your password provides you access to our entire range of member services. We suggest you keep your account secure by treating your password as confidential and changing it frequently. Your password can be changed by logging in and selecting "Change Password" from the Account Services menu.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the "I forgot my password" link on the Login page and enter your registered email address in the box provided. Your password will be emailed to you immediately.
